A power transformer caught on fire on Saturday afternoon on Mentor Avenue in Mentor, Ohio, USA where the police and fire department responded.
Dillards and Sears at Great Lakes Mall were evacuated by the fire department after losing power. FirstEnergy crews also responded and disconnected the power so the fire department could extinguish the fire.
A person trapped in a freight elevator in Sears was rescued.
Power was restored once the fire was extinguished and the stores were reopened.
