Almost 700 lose power in Fairhaven, Massachusetts

The incident occured after two poles carrying important transformers came down on Union Street, near the intersection with Walnut, Firefighter Frank.

On the 28th October nearly 700 customers lost power in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, according to the officials.

The incident occured after two poles carrying important transformers came down on Union Street, near the intersection with Walnut, Firefighter Frank.

According to the NSTAR, approximately 8% of 8196 Fairhaven customers lost power at 6:15 pm. NSTAR spokesman Paul Connelly stated that the company team is investigating the cause of poles collapsing and that power would be restored within an hour.
