ANDE puts new transformer substation into service in Pedro Juan Caballero

Paraguay, Pedro Juan Caballero: 20 MVA power transformer has been replaced with a 30 MVA one at Pedro Juan Caballero substation.
Apart from transformer replacement, the work included upgrade of other power equipment in order to adapt it to the new power transformer. The preparatory work started on the 26th May when the power transformer was transferred to Pedro Juan Caballero substation and finished with the commissioning this Sunday, reports Entorno Inteligente.
The works were executed entirely by technicians of ANDE from departments of Technical and Distribution Management.
