Russia, Krasnodar Krai: Kubanenergo, a subsidiary of Rosseti, upgraded two HV substations and performed grid connection of one of the most modern Russian factories producing MDF and laminate flooring.
Two largest high-voltage substations – Apsheronsk and Yerik were modernised as part of the connection of the factory to the grid, reports Rus Cable. New voltage transformers have been installed as well as gas-insulated switchgear and circuit breakers, which enhanced the reliability of power supply.
The construction and upgrades of the power grid infrastructure provided a reliable supply of electricity not only to the largest factory in southern Russia, but also to the population of Absheron District.
