Peru, Lima: Delcrosa will invest $ 2 million in high-power generator in order to modernise its its plant and produce power transformers.
According to Delcrosa CEO, Amílcar Bedoya Castillo, the company will begin manufacturing its own power transformers up to 220 kV, which were previously only imported. This will allow them to address larger projects and to compete in the international market with unique designs, reports Semana Económica.
In 2013, Decrosa achieved a 12 % growth for this year and hopes to keep expanding by 7 %, to countries like Ecuador, Bolivia, Costa Rica and Venezuela.
