Lenenergo improves power supply to rail line between Moscow and St. Petersburg

The company also upgraded Tosno substation which supplies electricity to the Oktyabrskaya Railway for high-speed trains, reports Energy Land. At the substation built in 1988, power transformers were replaced as well as relay protection and current transformers.
The next stage of the reconstruction network will provide additional reliability of electricity transport infrastructure.
