Tajikistan to receive $54 million grant from ADB
Tajikistan: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved the $54 million grant designed to improve the electricity supply to industrial facilities and population of Tajikistan.
Tajikistan: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved the $54 million grant designed to improve the electricity supply to industrial facilities and population of Tajikistan.
As part of the project, about 1,100 transformers as well as voltage and current transformers will be installed, reports East Time.
Barki Tojik will be the executing agency for the project along with the Government of Tajikistan providing funds in the amount of $13 million. Completion of the project is planned for 2020.
