ZTR to supply 26 transformers and reactors to UkrEnergo
Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya: Zaporizhzhya Transformer Plant (ZTR) has won a contract for provision of 26 transformers and reactors, as well as a production monitoring system to the Ukrainian National Power Company UkrEnergo.
Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya: Zaporizhzhya Transformer Plant (ZTR) has won a contract for provision of 26 transformers and reactors, as well as a production monitoring system to the Ukrainian National Power Company UkrEnergo.
As part of the agreement, ZTR will manufacture 7 autotransformers of 333 MVA 750/330 kV, 11 transformers of 92 MVA 110 kV, 2.5 MVA 35 kV and 2.5 kV 10 MVA, and 8 reactors of 110 MVAr 750 kV and 2.7 MVAr 35 kV capacity. The shipment is scheduled for 2015.
As part of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2030, the project falls under the framework of the programme for the construction of 750 kV Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant – Kakhovskaya substation transmission lines in Kherson region, reports Industrial Zaporizhzhya.
The project is funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
