Tatarstan substation upgraded with UETM transformers

Russia, Yekaterinburg: The recently opened reconstructed 220 kV Kutlu-Bukash substation in Tatarstan was supplied with new power transformers by Uralelectrotyazhmash (UETM), Yekaterinburg-based manufacturer of high-voltage equipment, transformers and reactors.

 


Russia, Yekaterinburg: The recently opened reconstructed 220 kV Kutlu-Bukash substation in Tatarstan was supplied with new power transformers by Uralelectrotyazhmash (UETM), Yekaterinburg-based manufacturer of high-voltage equipment, transformers and reactors.

As part of the project, UETM designed and installed new explosion and fire anti resonance, gas-insulated voltage transformers ZNG-UETM-110 and ZNG-UETM-220, reports Elec.ru.

Kutlu-Bukash substation is the first object to have installed UETM’s new gas-insulated voltage transformers 220 kV, series ZNG-UETM-220.

Kutlu-Bukash is the link between the Volga and Urals energy systems and provides power to Sabinsky, Tyulyachi, Mamadyshsky, Pestrechinsky and Rybno-Slobodsky regions.
