Historic $10.5M energy project for Santa Lucia

Argentina, Corrientes: Argentine government has approved a budget of $10.5 million towards a major energy project to be implemented in Santa Lucia in the province of Corrientes.

 


Argentina, Corrientes: Argentine government has approved a budget of $10.5 million towards a major energy project to be implemented in Santa Lucia in the province of Corrientes.

As part of this historic project for the city, Santa Lucia electrical system will be powered up with 16 new power transformers, while eight existing ones will be replaced with new units, reports Corrientes Hoy.

The project will also benefit the rural area with plans to build 16 kilometres of 33 kV power lines from Lavalle to Colonia Cecilio Echevarría.

The project has been sent to the local city council for processing and approval of bidding procedures.
