Keirao in Imphal district receives two power transformers

India, Manipur: Two villages in Keirao constituency, Imphal district in Manipur, have received back their power supply with an installation of two new transformers and erection of electric poles.

 


India, Manipur: Two villages in Keirao constituency, Imphal district in Manipur, have received back their power supply with an installation of two new transformers and erection of electric poles.

The transformers provided by Manipur State Power Distribution Company Ltd (MSPDCL) include a 63 KVA transformer installed in the area of Keirao Makting Makha Leikai, and a 25 KVA transformer installed in Upup Kangthak village, reports Kangla Online.

Due to an increase in population, the area needs five more transformers to meet the actual demand.
