BEST successfully tests two transformers for Burbo Bank wind farm

Turkey, Balikesir: Turkish transformer manufacturer BEST Transformer has successfully performed factory acceptance tests of two 200 MVA, 400 kV auto transformers, ordered by the Danish oil and gas company Dong Energy.
The two units have been manufactured for the on-shore grid connection substation for the Burbo Bank wind project in the United Kingdom, the company states in the press release.
The units will be delivered, installed and commissioned by BEST Transformer.
