CG wins three-year maintenance contract from ERDF
India, Mumbai: Crompton Greaves Ltd has been awarded with a three-year contract by the French distribution network operator Électricité Réseau Distribution France (ERDF) to provide maintenance and repair services to 4,500 power transformers.
India, Mumbai: Crompton Greaves Ltd has been awarded with a three-year contract by the French distribution network operator Électricité Réseau Distribution France (ERDF) to provide maintenance and repair services to 4,500 power transformers.
As part of this contract, CG will provide preventive and corrective maintenance of the ERDF on-load tap changers (OLTC) through speedy turnaround services.
ERDF manages 95% of the electricity distribution network in France and these transformers are credited with supplying energy to 35 million households in France, reports RTN Asia.
