Ancient region of Gabala receives electrical power upgrade
Azerbaijan, Gabala: Azerbaijan’s electricity company Azerishyg has embarked on a reconstruction project of the electricity network in Gabala, the most ancient region of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan, Gabala: Azerbaijan’s electricity company Azerishyg has embarked on a reconstruction project of the electricity network in Gabala, the most ancient region of Azerbaijan.
As part of the project, 27 new transformers have been installed in the region, two of which have been put into operation, reports Interfax-Azerbaijan.
Also, the company is upgrading Gabala substation with new electrical equipment, with the completion of works scheduled for the end of November.
Additional works also include a reconstruction of the 10 kV transmission line and the replacement of cables.
