Tata Power installs two natural ester filled transformers in Mumbai

India, Maharashtra: Tata Power Company, a Mumbai-based Indian electric utility company, has announced that two of India's first 25 MVA natural ester filled transformers were recently installed in Mumbai.

 


India, Maharashtra: Tata Power Company, a Mumbai-based Indian electric utility company, has announced that two of India’s first 25 MVA natural ester filled transformers were recently installed in Mumbai.

The two transformers were manufactured by Schneider Electric and filled with Cargill’s Envirotemp FR3 fluid, reports Business Standard.

The green transformers have been installed as part of one of the company’s green initiatives under its ‘Be Green’ campaign.
