Special commission to look into transformer failure at Toktogul

Units 1 and 2 were put back into operation on December 24, according to Kyrgyzstan Prime Minister Temir Sariev. The day before, an emergency outage of the second hydraulic unit transformer had occurred, damaging the transformer, reports Tazabek.
The damaged transformer was repaired in June 2015 together with the engineers from Ukrainian Zaporozhtransformator.
