USA, Maryland: A slow moving convoy carrying a transformer through two states experienced delays in Harrisville, Maryland, on Tuesday morning.

In the Harrisville traffic circle, a steering arm on the trailer broke. The repair took about 30 minutes but just minutes after the repair was made, the vehicle blew a tire causing another delay.

The extra-large load is headed to the Wildcat Point power plant north of Conowingo, Maryland.
