Norway: A 101-ton transformer was successfully shipped to a Norwegian fjord for final delivery to a remote power station.

The transformer was shipped to a private terminal at the fjord using a small coaster vessel, before being discharged by a floating crane directly onto a trailer, reports Heavy Lift PFI.

The cargo was transported along very narrow and steep mountain roads to reach the power station, where a jack and slide system was used to install the transformer onto its foundation.
