MR acquires majority share in Italy’s bushings manufacturer
Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) has acquired a majority share in CEDASPE power Srl, a company based in Italy and with foreign subsidiaries. This will take effect on January 1, 2016.
Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) has acquired a majority share in CEDASPE power Srl, a company based in Italy and with foreign subsidiaries. This will take effect on January 1, 2016.
CEDASPE power Srl is a manufacturer of bushings and accessories for the transformer industry, MR states in the press release.
CEDASPE will be presented as part of MR for the first time at the coming Middle East Electricity in Dubai.
