ZTR to supply shunt reactor for strategic Belarus substation

Ukraine, Zaporozhye: Ukrainian transformer manufacturer Zaporozhtransformator (ZTR) has been awarded a contract for the supply of a 330 kV, 180 MVA reactor to be installed at a new power substation in Postavy, Belarus.

 


Ukraine, Zaporozhye: Ukrainian transformer manufacturer Zaporozhtransformator (ZTR) has been awarded a contract for the supply of a 330 kV, 180 MVA reactor to be installed at a new power substation in Postavy, Belarus.

The shunt reactor is currently in production and is scheduled for shipment in August-September this year, the manufacturer said in a statement.

The unit will be installed at a new Postavy substation, a strategic power facility in Belarus and part of the Belarusian nuclear power plant project.
