USA, Georgia: MIDEL natural ester-based transformer fluid (MIDEL eN) is now manufactured, sold and distributed in the United States.
USA, Georgia: MIDEL natural ester-based transformer fluid (MIDEL eN) is now manufactured, sold and distributed in the United States.
MIDEL eN and synthetic ester MIDEL 7131 are products of M&I Materials Ltd, a UK-based manufacturer. The company’s US operations are based in Atlanta, Georgia.
In the US, MIDEL eN is made in a partnering arrangement with Valtris Specialty Chemicals, expert in processing vegetable oils, in its Walton Hills facility in Ohio.
“MIDEL fluids are the ester transformer fluids of choice in the rest of the world, so introducing MIDEL eN to the United States is a natural evolution for the business,” said Barry Menzies, MIDEL Product Director.
MIDEL will be exhibiting at the IEEE Transmission & Distribution conference in Dallas, Texas, 2-5 May 2016, at Stand 651.
