USA, New Hampshire: New Hampshire's Cannon Mountain is undertaking several energy efficiency initiatives expected to reduce energy consumption at the ski area by about 30 percent.
USA, New Hampshire: New Hampshire’s Cannon Mountain is undertaking several energy efficiency initiatives expected to reduce energy consumption at the ski area by about 30 percent.
The planned measures include replacement of Cannon’s main-trunk power line and upgrading the transformer, as well as other upgrades and replacement of older, less efficient equipment, reports PennEnergy.
The cost of the project is valued at $5.1 million.
