France, Paris: Exxelia, a global designer and manufacturer of highly engineered passive components, will exhibit two innovative products.

The first product is Ferrite Transformer. This transformer has up to 100 kVA, 20 kHz frequency and it is used in an isolated DC/DC converter. Its unique morphology made of U and I 126 magnetic circuit considerably improves thermal dissipation while the litz wire winding reduces high frequency losses. Characterized by a primary circuit at 540 V / 350 Arms and a secondary winding at 270 A, this transformer ensures high performance and maximum leakage current reduction.

The second product is a 3×5, 5 mH – 9 kHz inductor. Used in a high performance converter, this three-phase common mode choke withstands the highest current up to 580 A thanks to the use of copper bar for winding while ensuring a minimal inductance of 1.4 mH and filtering the far-reaching noise. This design is characterized by its extreme reliability thanks to its magnetic circuit made of 24 nanocrystalline cores, chosen to guarantee a stable inductance value across the temperature range from -30°C to 140°C.

The products will be exhibited at PCIM in Nuremberg, Germany, from May 7th to 9th 2019.
