Scottish Power to invest $1.7 B in transmission networks
UK: Scottish Power said it would invest $1.7 B (£1.4 B) into transmission networks in southern Scotland between 2021 and 2026.

It said the investments would add 3 GW worth of power generation, ensure reliability of the grid at close to 100% and improve its efficiency.
