Installation of a new 28 MVA T-2 transformer has begun at At-Bashinskaya HPP in Kyrgyzstan.
Installation of a new 28 MVA T-2 transformer has begun at At-Bashinskaya HPP in Kyrgyzstan.
The “Reconstruction of At-Bashinskaya HPP” project is aimed at improving safety, reliability, increasing the stability of the network and the units, as well as reducing subsequent activities on the operation and maintenance of the station.
This project is funded by grant funds from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economics. General Electric Renewable from Switzerland is the general contractor for the replacement of electromechanical equipment.
Installation is expected to be completed on September 20, 2019.
