Zambia, Mumbwa: ZESCO Limited invites bids for the construction of the new Mumbwa 33 / 11 kV substation, 33 kV, 400 V distribution line, and pole mounted transformers for electrification of Chibuluma, Chipa and Kabalwa in Mumbwa District.
This invitation for bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online of 22 March 2013 and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website.
The Government of The Republic of Zambia has received a loan from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of the construction of this project.
ZESCO limited now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders. International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works and specifically, through Single Stage Bidding Procedures.
The tender is open for bids until 21 August 2020.
