The new agreement designates Delta Star as a service centre for the Western United States, for customers in the region to economically receive high quality FR3® (natural ester fluid) and Envirotemp 360 (synthetic ester fluid) through Delta Star Field Service or with the purchase of a new power transformer.

Over the last 11 years, Delta Star has invested heavily in their Field Service Business Unit, with highly skilled technicians, and state-of-the-art oil processing equipment.

“Our service division has extensive technical experience and understanding in the processes, procedures, and the care it takes to successfully complete retro-fills on power transformers,” said Vince Lindholm, Field Service General Manager. “We look forward to the opportunity to serve a broader audience through this partnership and to provide our customers with the required expertise and support.”

“This agreement propels Delta Star forward in sustainability by providing customers with environmentally friendly options in addition to mineral and synthetic oil,” said Zach Martin, Director of Corporate Sales. “Cargill has a superior line of insulating fluid products and is a company that is respected by customers and original equipment manufacturers alike.
