Bruno Jurišić and Božidar Filipović-Grčić are going to talk about this hot topic on 30 June 2021 at 2 PM CET at the Transformers Academy. Join the live session and learn from them!

ABOUT THE SESSION

Online transformer monitoring systems, including transient monitoring can provide valuable data on power system transient that exist in power network.

In this e-lesson you will learn about possible overvoltages that can exist at power transformer terminals. Real overvoltages from the power network will be analyzed and compared with the standard ones. Attendees will get insight in the state of the art of transient monitoring and transient data analysis.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

Bruno Jurišić received his Doctoral’s Degree from the University of Zagreb and Blaise Pascal University in 2016. Currently he works as senior research engineer at Končar – Electrical Engineering Institute and is a task leader of CIGRE WG A2.63: Transformer Impulse Testing.

Božidar Filipović-Grčić received his PhD degree from the University of Zagreb in 2013. Currently he works as assistant professor at Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. He deals with high voltage engineering, power system transients and overvoltage protection. He is a member of CIGRE WGs A2.63, C4.45 and C4.61.
