Croatia, Zagreb: Končar Distribution and Special Transformers has announced successful testing of their power transformer.
A new 14.04 MVA power transformer was successfully tested at the company’s facilities in Zagreb and it is currently getting ready for a long journey to Yukon in Canada. The transformer is specially designed for working and start-up at extremely low (-60 ˚C) ambient temperatures.
As a regional leader in the production of distribution, medium power and special transformers up to 160 MVA and 170 kV, Končar D&ST follows a 100-year tradition in the production of electrical and technical products in the Croatian capital, Zagreb.
