Croatia, Zagreb: KONČAR – Engineering Ltd. has signed and concluded an agreement on the acquisition of 100 % of shares in company Telenerg – Inženjering d.o.o.
Telenerg – Inženjering d.o.o. is a limited liability company specialising in power engineering for electrical utilities and industry.
Within the KONČAR Group, KONČAR – Engineering Ltd. is positioned as a leader in the design, contracting and realization of advanced engineering solutions implemented by the Group members.
“This acquisition will expand the portfolio of services offered in the field of design, supervision, construction, testing and commissioning of complete power plants of low, middle and high voltage levels, as well as comprehensive power solutions for the production, transmission and distribution of electricity, which will enable KONČAR to further reinforce its position in both the domestic and foreign markets,” says in the company’s press release.
