BHI Power Delivery acquired by United Utility
United Utility Services has announced completing its acquisition of BHI Power Delivery, a speciality utility and distribution services provider.

USA, Charlotte, N.C.: United Utility Services has announced completing its acquisition of BHI Power Delivery, a speciality utility and distribution services provider, from Westinghouse Electric Company.
BHI represents United Utility’s fifth strategic acquisition, all of which have been negotiated on a bilateral basis.
This acquisition creates one of the largest independent power transmission and distribution services in the USA while expanding United Utility’s geographic footprint and strengthening its presence in key markets.
