Pakistan, Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will inaugurate the 100 MW Iran-Gwadar power transmission project during his visit to Balochistan this week.
This was stated by Chief Secretary Balochistan Abdul Aziz Aqeeli while addressing a meeting to review the ongoing uplift projects in Gwadar.
The Chief Secretary stated that Gwadar will formally begin receiving electricity from Iran after the Prime Minister unveiled the initiative.
According to him, the Prime Minister would also inaugurate the first cross-stuffing facility project at the port of Gwadar during his visit and give boat engine checks to worthy Gwadar fishermen.
