Canada, British Columbia, Surrey: RESA Power, LLC has announced the acquisition of Exell Power Services, Ltd.
Exell provides services for low, medium and high-voltage electrical installations and operates through three divisions: Testing, Equipment, and Marine Construction.
With the acquisition of Exell, RESA Power will further strengthen its electrical testing, equipment manufacturing and engineering offering with short lead times and responsive service capabilities from six locations in Western Canada.
