New reactor commissioned at substation in Punjab

India, Punjab: Hartek Power Pvt Ltd has installed and commissioned a 400 kV/125 MVAr reactor at the 400/220 kV Dhuri substation in Punjab.

The project was ordered by Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd (PSTCL) and completed within the requested deadline.

The commissioning of the bus reactor at the 400 kV Dhuri substation, along with the construction of an accompanying bay and the civil works, was a significant achievement for the company.

The company has also recently commissioned three reactors back-to-back for PSTCL. The first reactor commissioned was the 220 kV/25 MVAr Dhuri plant, followed by the commissioning of the second reactor at the 220 kV/25 MVAr at the Nakodar plant, and finally, the 400 kV/125 MVAr reactor at the Dhuri plant at PSTCL.
