China, Wuxi: PTTX starts constructing an intelligent transformer core production plant.
Chinese transformer core provider, PTTX, recently launched the construction of an intelligent production plant for high-efficiency transformer cores, covering an area of 29,000 m2. The total investment in the project amounted to more than 150 M USD.
The 4.0 smart factory includes manufacturing workshops, high bay storage, and logistics, and aims to achieve high automation and an entirely intelligent production process. Integrating years of experience in high-end technology, PTTX’s new factory is capable of manufacturing transformer cores, as well as insulation parts, clamps, and other relevant accessories.
