Servokon Systems Ltd has announced its plan to invest over $24 million in setting up a new manufacturing facility in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.

India, New Delhi: Servokon Systems Ltd has announced its plan to invest over $24 million in setting up a new manufacturing facility in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.

The planned facility will cover an area of 25,000 square meters, forming part of Servokon’s strategy to enhance its production capabilities. The company announced that the foundation stone for the facility will be laid soon.

The plant should not only contribute to the local economy with new employment opportunities, but also increase Servokon’s production capacity, focusing on transformers up to 220 KV class. The unit will also include a dedicated section for in-house solar panel manufacturing.

Haji Kamruddin, Founder and Managing Director of Servokon Systems Ltd said, “The new facility will allow us to produce up to 220 KV class transformers and focus on in-house solar panel manufacturing. Our foray into renewable power and solar energy aligns with the government’s goal of achieving Energy Independence while reducing carbon emissions.”
