Croatia, Zagreb: Dalekovod has announced the completion of a transmission line in Sweden.
Croatian power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod said on Friday that it has completed an “extremely demanding” transmission line project in Sweden commissioned by Swedish electricity transmission system operator Svenska Kraftnät.
The project involved the replacement of the 28-kilometer Barseback-Sege transmission line, which included the removal of 78 existing pillars, the construction of new foundations and pillars, and electrical assembly work. According to the company, the project was completed in 52 days, with a value in the several million euros range, though specific details were not provided.
Dalekovod’s shares traded 3.20% higher at 2.58 euro ($2.73) intraday on Friday on the Zagreb stock exchange.
