Albania, Tirana: Albania’s OSSH announced that it has opened a tender for two contracts related to the construction of transmission lines.
Albania’s power grid operator OSSH said on Thursday that it has opened a tender for two contracts related to the construction of transmission lines in the southern city of Gjirokastra, with a combined estimated budget of 209.5 million leks ($2.1 million/€1.9 million).
A contract worth 79.5 million leks envisages the construction of a 20 kV cable network at a substation 110/35/20 kV substation, within a four-month timeframe, OSSH said in tender documents.
Another contract, valued at 130 million leks, involves the construction of a cable network at a 1.3 km-long underpass connecting Gjirokastra to the coastal city of Saranda within a five-month period. Prospective bidders can submit their offers by November 22 for both contracts.
