M&I Materials Development Ltd.’s name change

UK, Manchester: The MIDEL and MIVOLT ester fluid businesses were acquired by Shell UK Limited from M&I Materials Ltd. on 31st December 2023, and to enable the sale, a new distinct company fully owned by Shell was created with the name of M&I Materials Development Ltd.
On 28th February 2024, M&I Materials Development Ltd will change its name to MIDEL & MIVOLT Fluids Ltd. The name change is only in relation to MIDEL and MIVOLT products, while the other global businesses in the portfolio of M&I Materials Limited will continue to be owned by and traded from M&I Materials Ltd.
