Italy, Montebello Vincentino: COMEM, a world leader in the transformer components industry, has announced that it has acquired Weidmann OPTOCON, a company specializing in fiber-optic temperature measurement systems. COMEM said that the acquisition is a strategic move for the company to reinforce its portfolio of monitoring sensors.

This will include applications such as microwave and radio frequency systems, semiconductors, electric motor control, and industrial chemistry,” said Luca Vivian, The CEO at COMEM.
