RESA Power acquires Mountain States Transformer Service

USA, Houston: RESA Power, LLC, focused on power systems electrical testing, transformer services, and life extension solutions for power distribution equipment, has acquired Mountain States Transformer Service, Inc. (MSTS). Based in Pocatello, Idaho, MSTS has provided transformer service, maintenance, installation, oil processing, testing, and repair throughout the USA since 2003. The acquisition could enhance RESA Power’s service capabilities, provide a base from which to expand into the Pacific Northwest region, and expand its fleet of oil processing rigs.
