Graduate Development Program;

The Graduate Development Program is tailored for Fresh Graduates up to 2 years of experience. The program offers various trainings, mentorships, coaching & job rotations. Program Duration starts from 3 months up to 6 based on relevant work experience. 2019, 2020, 2021 Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Key Accountabilities:

• Study the transformers specifications and share in preparing the mechanical data in the power/dry/oil transformers technical offers.
• Share in Preparation of all the specifications for the material and accessories related to the mechanical design.
• Share in Preparation of the mechanical items in the power/dry/oil transformers bill of material.
• Preparation of the detailed manufacturing design with the aid of higher experienced engineers for the mechanical parts of the power/dry/oil transformer including core, frame structure, tank and cable boxes using drawing programs 2D & 3D.
• Share in Resolving problems related to the technical issue in mechanical design of the power/dry/oil transformers or obtain assistance from more experienced staff to resolve more complex issues.
• Follow standard drafting practices and review standard reference sources to accomplish design intent.
• Interact with other design groups to transmit drawings, requisitions, or related material to fulfill specific contract requirements.
• Share coordination with departments (planning, Store, Purchase, Quality, Dispatch, Accounts ….. etc.) for complete execution of the orders coordinating with Planning, Quality, Purchase Department and other departments for smooth operations.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0-2 Years of Experience
• Completed your Military service or Exempted (Males Candidates)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizations skills.
• English Business Fluency
