Hitachi ABB Power Grids in India announced it has successfully commissioned one of India’s longest ultra-high voltage DC link connecting Indian states.

India: Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has won a transformer order worth $15.3 million from Power Grid Corporation of India.

India, Kolkata: Alstom T&D India has been awarded two contracts with a total value of $30 million from Power Grid Corporation for substation projects in Madhya Pradesh.

Switzerland, Zurich: ABB has won orders worth $23 million from Power Grid Corporation of India to supply 765 kV ultra-high voltage power transformers for substations in the northern Indian states of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

India, Kolkata: Alstom T&D India has been awarded a contract worth approximately $34 million by Power Grid Corporation of India to supply two gas-Insulated substations (GIS) at Betul in Madhya Pradesh and Navsari in Gujarat.

India, Mumbai: Siemens India has delivered 1200 kV capacitor voltage transformer (CVT) for the ultra high voltage national test station at Power Grid Corporation, Bina, Madhya Pradesh.
