Vice President and GM Commercial

This role is responsible for setting the sales and marketing strategy to drive market beating growth. Reinforcing and refining processes to drive execution through all elements of the sales organization that includes applications engineering, project administration, contract execution, marketing, pricing, direct sales team and a network of manufacturer’s representatives.

Top line growth, margin performance and leading customer experience by coordinating all aspects of the organization – particularly manufacturing and engineering interface are key facets of this role. You will be responsible for the commercial P&L of the company.

Power Transformer, Power Distribution, Switchgear, Electrical Capital Equipment, Engineered to Order (ETO), customer manufacturing experience is highly preferred. This position will part of the leadership team.
