About the author
Mark Lashbrook
MIDELMark Lashbrook received a BEng(Hons) degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Loughborough University in 1995. Following graduation, he joined the semiconductor industry. He spent the next 12 years working in a variety of engineering roles for major IC manufacturers, including Fujitsu Microelectronics and Intel before joining M&I Materials Ltd as a Development Engineer for MIDEL ester liquids in 2007.
Mark is now the Technical Director for MIDEL & MIVOLT Fluids Ltd and Product Director for the MIVOLT product group, which is focused on the use of ester-based dielectric liquids for immersion cooling of batteries, power electronics and data centres.
Mark’s work in the field of alternative dielectric liquids over the last 16 years has encompassed R&D, applications support, and a wide number of publications in magazines and events worldwide.
