Abstract
Oxyweld produces oxyhydrogen gas generators for the brazing and cleaning of continuously transposed cables. The technology is based on the process of turning distilled water into hydrogen and oxygen, completely eliminating conventional oxy-fuel cylinders. The latest innovations implemented in Oweld gas generators include gas pressure adjustment, automatic mixing of the gases, and a concentrated flame that helps reduce the brazing time and overheating in the windings. This technology is used by the majority of transformer producers and repairers. It eliminates manhandling of gas cylinders, implements higher protection in case of leakages, and it is safer to operate. The system works only with water without the usage of acetone or other additive in the flame.
