Croatian National Committee of CIGRÉ together with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb and The Centre of Excellence for Transformers are organizing the Cigre SC A2 & 6th ICTRAM Joint Colloquium 2023.
The last ICTRAM colloquium was held in Opatija in 2019. It had a pronounced international flavour, with 243 participants from 26 countries contributing to a total of 54 papers.
Next year, the joint event with SC A2 colloquium is expected to host well over 300 experts from all around the world and provide a perfect place to exchange ideas, ask questions and express opinions, renew old acquaintances and make new friendships. The aim is to bring together researchers from transformer production, components producers, universities and utilities to present and discuss their research results and the latest advances in the fields of power, special, distribution and instrument transformers. The program will include Cigre tutorials on relevant topics of the modern market and a variety of papers divided into the poster and oral sessions.
The main program will be accompanied by an exhibition where the participants will have an opportunity to visit equipment manufacturers and service providers, talk about the products and services they offer and learn what their most recent developments are.
What goes on between the sessions is equally as important. Discussions, brainstorming and exchange of ideas with people that have the same interests as you do. Who could ask for more?
