“Sustainability – Outlook for the transformer industry” conference
The main objective of this conference was to gather different stakeholders from the transformer industry to present sustainability-improving strategies.
Organised by Transformers Magazine, the Industry Navigator conference on the topic: “Sustainability – Outlook for the transformer industry” was held in Zagreb, Croatia, on the 20th and 21st of October 2022. Sustainability is no longer a term or a phrase from the management reserved exclusively for universities and business schools, but it has rather become a worldwide policy, a goal, and for many businesses part of their organizational culture and a business model, so it is about consciousness, self-determination and business identification card in the modern corporate world. The main objective of this conference was to gather different stakeholders from the transformer industry to present and identify best approaches and strategies for improving sustainability in the field. In those two days, different parties from all over the value chain presented their views and efforts, so it was interesting to see different points of view. It was also a great occasion to meet and exchange opinions with different stakeholders from the transformer industry. At the same moment and at the same place there were suppliers, customers and end customers. This made it an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.
