Driver gets fined $ 40,000 and nearly losses power transformer load
USA, Washington, Skagit County: A truck driver, hauling a power transformer, broke down on his way from Texas to Canada. The state patrol found him on a Skagit country road and found out his directions were illegal. The driver nearly lost his load on a local bridge which almost collapsed, according to Kiro 7.
