Kashmir transformer repair firms refuse to work for PDD

India, Jammu, July 22: A shutdown of the 1x50MVA 132/33KV Power Grid Station Mohanpur is planned for July 24, 2015 from 9 am to 3 pm. The reason for the shutdown is the measurement of capacitance and tan delta of 132KV HV bushing and winding of 50 MVA, 132/33KV power transformer, as well as preventive maintenance works of various equipments installed in the 132KV line bays at the station.
India, Jammu and Kashmir: Power supply to Basohli, Mahanpur, Bhoond, Bani and partially Billawar tehsil will be affected today as 132/33 kV grid substation Mahanpur undergoes preventive maintenance.
